Beauty in Madness
Wilderness. Chaos. For the love that burns within us.
An exploration of colours and textures that are less common and safe, an inspiration of what a magical forest might look like, and how the keeper of the woods might be seeking a companion with whom to share its beauty with.
Leaning upon elements of modern ikebana, exaggerated lines and curves provided a sense of unsettling balance through the use of curly willow branches and grevillea ivanhoe leaves that seemed to be reaching towards each other from a distance.
The dripping forms of yellow mimosa flowers and orange amaranthus, when layered upon one another, resembled fairy dust covering the overgrowth. What a sight to behold.
Look on and immerse yourself in its beauty and let your mind take in the madness.
